We collect only what you give us through the contact form on this site (your name, business, email, and whatever else you choose to share), plus a small amount of technical data every website receives automatically. We use it to respond to your inquiry and run our business, we don't sell it, and we don't currently use analytics, tracking, or advertising cookies on this site.
Information you provide directly. When you fill out the contact form on this site (or the Rezca Forge access request form), we collect what you enter: your name, business name, email address, phone number (optional), current website (optional), what you're interested in, and your message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically logs standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and pages viewed. We don't currently run analytics software (like Google Analytics) on this site, so we don't build individual visitor profiles from this data ourselves.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We use a small number of outside services to run this site. Each has its own privacy practices, linked below.
If we add analytics, advertising, or other tracking tools in the future, we'll update this policy to reflect it.
This site does not currently set any tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies. Your browser may still store minimal technical data (like session state) required for the site to function.
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. To make a request, email us at rezcagroup@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws like the CCPA (California) or GDPR (EU/UK); we'll honor applicable requests to the extent required.
We keep contact form submissions and client communications for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, deliver services, and maintain business records, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
